Evenes Apartments AS is a Norwegian short-term rental company based in Tjeldsund, just minutes from Harstad/Narvik Airport (Evenes). We currently operate two properties — a comfortable apartment at Finhaugveien 5 in Evenes and a stunning seaside cabin on Tjeldøya with direct fjord access and front-row views of the Northern Lights.

We started Evenes Apartments because we believed Northern Norway deserved a hosting company that actually lives here, drives to its own properties, and answers the phone when something matters. Every booking we receive is handled personally — no outsourced call centers, no scripted responses.

💰 Why we built this website

When you book a vacation rental on Booking.com or Airbnb, the platforms take 15–18% commission. That money comes out of your stay — higher prices, higher cleaning fees, less value for you. And the host gets less, too.

By building our own booking system on evenesapartments.com, we cut the middleman out completely. The savings are passed to you: 50% off cleaning fees on every direct booking, plus 10% off Hertz car rental at Evenes Airport included with your stay. Same property, better price, more support.

🏡 For property owners

We also manage cabins and apartments on behalf of other owners across Lofoten, Vesterålen, Ofoten, and Sør-Troms. If you own a property in the region and want to earn more without managing guests, cleaning, or pricing yourself, we'd love to talk.

Our standard package is 20% commission for full service: listing on this website, distribution to Airbnb and Booking.com, dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest support in Norwegian and English, cleaning coordination, smart-lock installation, and monthly transparent reporting. You keep ownership and calendar control. We do everything else.
